Ingredients:
-2 cups of raw unsalted almonds
-6 cups of water
-3 medjool dates
-2 tbsp vanilla extract
-pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- soak almonds overnight in water
-drain the almonds in the morning and rinse
-add almonds, 6 cups of water, medjool dates, vanilla, and sea salt in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender
-strain with cheesecloth
-store in a pitcher with lid in fridge and enjoy!
